Report a road problem

Potholes, snow removal, signage, drainage, truck parking — tell us what you found and where, and we take it to the ministry for you.

This is not an emergency line. If there is immediate danger to life or property, call 911. WCTA reports the event to the ministry on your behalf, which means your contact information is shared with them.

For an urgent hazard, it is faster to call the maintenance contractor for that service area — they answer 24 hours a day.
